When time has come
For something or someone
To want to be let go

Just let them go

It’s time for true colours
For them to show

For them to grow

To let you know

That there’s a time and
Place

Prevent heartache

No loss at stake

Thank God for grace

All part of the race

In time and space

Just let it go

The path to truth

And true love

Will show

By letting

What’s not meant

To be

Go -

That’s when

You grow

And

True self
You’ll come

To

Know

Just let

It go ...

Free from ties, to find themselves, to allow growth. I also thought of children leaving the nest, but it could also apply to any relationship. Sometimes it is better that it ends and you can remain friends, than for it to disintegrate into the pits. Nicely expressed.

So right you are and yes as far as kids are it’s true but they need to go and experience and they don’t belong to us so all we can do is guide them to make correct choices- thankyou🌹

Hard seeing the little ones leaving the nest, yet it's gotta be done.

I'm thinking now of mothers, and fathers who must let their children go at some point, leave them to spread their wings and fly.

if it's true Love, as You say dear Rose even after we let go what it should be, it will come around and stay, sometimes we are not ready for a growth in love, we need our time alone to grow, then to come back to our love continuing it together...
