Act Of kindness

This story is about a lady who needed help getting something to eat from so I brought it for her.

This Past Thursday as I was about to cross the street to catch the bus a random lady approached me asking "If i could buy her something to eat? And I replied " Yes. The lady explained to me that she had lost her money and bank card as well. Once I heard that I felt bad for the lady and I rushed to a nearby deli to buy her something to eat. As we go into the store together the lady picked out two nutramint drinks and a bagel with cream cheese as well and some chips. Once I paid for the food with my food stamp card the lady began giving thanks to God and thanked me as well. From then on, It made me feel good to do something nice for someone in need.

Thank you for doing that. Although I'm financially comfortable now, I grew up very poor and often didn't have enough to eat. (or have decent clothes and all the other deficiencies of poverty) Always and forever, I have compassion for the poor. Jesus fed the masses, and that is an example to be followed.
