My help Cometh from the Lord

This story is about how God came through for me when I didn't have any money.

I remember one Sunday, I was sitting in church and the Bishop called me up to the front of the pulpit and ministered to me as well. I didn’t see this coming but he told me to open my hands so suddenly people were coming up to me blessing me with money in my hands and giving me hugs as well. I was so shocked and I said to myself this is nothing but the Lord. Afterwards, one of the ushers prayed over the money and she gave me an envelope to put it in as well. As I went back to my seat I gave a thanks to the Lord for providing my needs and for just being good all the time.

So...people gave you money, but you give the credit to god?

I find it funny that when good happens we give God the credit, but never blame him for the millions of deaths from things like Covid. If a bus goes over a cliff and 40 people die, but a baby survives, everyone says. "Praise God, it was a miracle." But no one asks why God tossed 40 people off a cliff.

Seems to me that your thanks should go to the generosity of the people who gave you the money, and the kindness of whoever made them know of your need.

I would like to reply to your query. Why give credit to God because God is good and never does wrong, even if he does wrong it is for good sake. I know why won't credit bad people because they always be wrong even they do right. It's not psychology but perception and belief and experience. We need not blame god but bad can be blamed because their nature makes them bad.

Is that clarifies? We can sometimes praise everyone thinking everything does for good. But in that process bad people will think he/she doing right because people praising. So I would not give credit wrong doers because they hurt people.
