Swan Lake, Putin's FollyA Poem by Ken e BujoldI
A news ship, The Odyssey whispers through harbors shuttered
lamentations of the lost
souls aboard ripple dreams midnight musings
of an ancient harvest.
Madmen across the waters.
II
Some one's always right someone writes
dispatches of disorder harrowed hails of
incomprehensible numbers of grief gripped widows
orphans ripped from childhood innocence
red socks missing blue feet dangling
III
I never knew you, Artem Datsyshyn, how much I missed your Swan's passé! Sun Tzu fools made mockery of your artistry: Bolkonski's legacy took root in soils far too shallow to allow any art for love's sake-- dance, dance, dance...Artem!
Let the fools war on, old w****s eventually grow tired, eventually the dance of art will conquer!!
