Tired of you

I wrote this about a guy, which is true for most of my poems.

I'm tired of trying
the result will be the same.
I'm tired of crying
knowing you are the one to blame.
I'm tired of lying
to myself pretending you care.
I'm tired of dying
inside more each day you're not there.

 

I'm tired of making
the same mistakes I always do.
I'm tired of aching
I hurt so much from missing you.
I'm tired of breaking
the pain I feel continues to grow.
I'm tired of faking
I force a smile hoping it won't show.

Author's Note

I wanted it to have another stanza, but I couldn't think of anything else to add. Any suggestions?

No suggestions... I like it how it is... showing how we can do things for love even if they make us unhappy... I have been there too... I can relate and really liked this piece.
