Loving Evil

This was actually by request, I was asked to write about How evil is in society, or something along the times.

We hang our self on a scale
Right and wrong don't weigh the same
Seeing light we seem to fail
Evil is in the hearts, its such a shame
A intense feeling of deep affection.
We love the feeling of its infection.
as long as it isn't yours
Why should you care? Don't be absurd.
Caring is just chore 
Helping another person is to be unheard.
Hear evil like it is music
See evil, and ignore it.
Speak evil 'cause you enjoy it.
Publicly swear to refuse the tune?
Then bathe in it like perfume.

Author's Note

I have problems with grammar however, I do not mind correction. This is because I believe in learning from your mistakes; even though sometimes we sometimes make those mistakes more then once.

Criticism is appreciated as long as you are not out rightly downing my skills as a writer. I would hope you to think the same.
