I want to be his eyes…

So I can be everything he sees

I want to be his food…

So I can become a part of him

I want to be his breath…

So he cannot breathe without me

I want to be his blood…

So I can be what he needs

I want to be his skin…

So I can always give him shelter

I want to be his touch…

So I can be everything he feels

I want to be his happiness…

And I would always be there for him

 

 

I want to be his imagination…

So that he will always dream of me

I want to be his voice…

So I can forever be his song

I want to be his muscles…

So that I can give him strength

I want to be his aspiration…

So I can be everything he longs for

I want to be his tears…

So I can help rid his pain

I want to be his steps…

So that I can lead him to me

I want to be his heart…

 

…And then I’d be his life

That is beautiful. Great job, very interesting angle. I loved how it all accumulated to the last line, "I want to be his heart, and then i'd be his life."
