Life is full of opportunities

Don’t give up reach out and grasp for what you want

For even in the darkest moment the sun can find a way to shine its light

Live and let live

Forgiven but never forget

Look to the new day with hope

And never fall to your knees

Stand and stay strong

Because for every pain there is a joy
