pillar of ice

its so cool,

so lonely here,

suspended animation,

my heart is cold and slow,

this ice trapping my vary soul,

but not the words I want to yell,

the words that come from my heart,

the words I have yet to say to someone,

someone truly special has yet to have worth,

only when I dare to spout such words to a face,

a heart willing to listen to my sorrows and agony,

only then can the freezing ice trapping my heart my soul,

met with time and attention.

You describe the teenage dilemma very well. And don't be fooled by bull and propaganda, guys have "feelings" too. Be you, understand YOUR feelings and why you have them - it doesn't make you any less of a man to have empathy, emotions, strong attitudes toward things YOU "feel" need addressing, a strong sense of fairness. Being a teenager is your time of discovery - about who you are as the person you are becoming and the beginning of making decisions that establish life experience and being responsible for YOUR decisions.

Man, life AIN'T fair, nor is it easy - so we need to make reasoned choices as we go, be responsible enough to stand by them, and to stand up when our REAL beliefs need questioning or modifications. Rule of living - help when you can, as only you can. And yes Kit... cowboys DO cry. Take care man.
