Who I Am

I've lived my life on simple little rules

On who to be who not to be

Seeing the jackass jocks and the everlasting preps

And saying

Thats not me, I'm never ganna be that

And you know what

I wasn't

 

I've lived my life on simple little morals

On whats right and whats wrong

Seeing boyfriends cheat and girlfriends cry

Saying thats not ganna be me i'm ganna be diffrent

And so far

I am

 

I've lived my life on simple little plans

Where to go to college

What to do when I'm older

Who to love and who to hate

Who to spend my life with

And so far my plans are going

Great.

Life rules should be simple like you stated in your poem. I believe we need to look for the good in a person. Not the bad. Religion should be a private matter. Be treated like we want to be treated. I like your goals and ethnics. A outstanding poem.
