Standard rules that you must follow if you are a subordinate for Acrisius

Laws for the

Greater Good of 

Acrisius

1. Any citizen or subordinate of Acrisius may not roam around helpless or homeless. The streets must be clean from all who are bring filth and so forth.

2. No subordinate has any access to the main Tower. Only Hangmen and your leader Carnegie Spree may leave and enter by their own will.

3. Committing Theft is an immediate result of death by Hangman.

4. Possessing any knowledge that is not published or given to the public domain is an immediate result of death by Hangman.

5. Possessing any blueprint, image or media of a Hangman is strictly prohibited, and will result in death.

6. Dodging surveillance is strictly prohibited.

7. When a target for the Hangman disappears, the word of that subordinate shall not be spoken. 

Any violation of these laws will result in death by Hangman.

Exclusive Hangman rule: Any target that is a young female must be brought back to Carnegie Spree without any form of mutilation or disfigurement.

I am sorry for not posting this before the story began. But here are the laws. So be a good subordinate for Acrisius.

Yikes! Even without your summary, I can tell Acrisius is both a very harsh society (laws 3, 4, 5), a place that seems to adhere to many principles of social Darwinism (law 1), and that they are clearly hiding something from the general public (laws 2, 4, 5, 6 and 7) *shudder* Sounds like a scary place to live.

I like this chapter a lot. Give strength and purpose to the chapter. In a control society. Freedom is lost and control of mind and life is necessary. I like the laws. Thank you for sharing the excellent chapter.

Man, that Hangman dude is going to be a busy guy. I hope he has lots of help. It is human nature (if the beings in your story are, indeed, humans) to want to test the laws and break the rules from time to time. Better not do that sort of thing in Acrisius. If you get caught, I'll guarantee you that you won't do it again. Well, unless you're a beautiful and voluptuous young woman. Then, maybe you got a shot...

most of them are human, they just travel through the different dimension called the underworld. The beautiful women do get killed, they just can't be disfigured in the killing. I hope you enjoy the rest of the story since it is a working progress

Oh by the way (Im sorry if this makes you uncomfortable or awkward) but there is a rule for only Hangmen. That is to not dismember or disfigure the body of a young beautiful girl in anyway. Bring the body back to the Tower for Carnegie Spree. :P

Yup, but you get to be dragged into the underworld once for your life then shot, stabbed, or dismembered by a hangman. Who knows, you will have Logun or Ryan be your hangman. But you better be a good boy in Acrisius before you even get to see the underworld.
