Quiet CareA Poem by KristonI wonder how many people might think like this?
I may not believe in you, Or believe in why you do.
But God I ask you why? Why bring someone and put them at such a distance. Can you tell me how she feels? Will I ever know what could have been ? No...... "I'm arranged...I'm sorry.." Distant you may be, but yet I feel so pulled to thee. The pain I've felt was nothing compared, to not even being able to try. Have you ever felt so helpless, that all you could do was agree. I beg you to make it stop....Please... I'm trembling, cause' I don't want to cry, I'm angry, cause' I've lost out on you, I'd cry, not because I want you but cause' I hope you'd be happy. Would you be ok? Is it worth it? Giving up your free will on love? For just a chance that it feels right? Than for the actual feeling of being cared for, and physical attraction that you felt there. Yet I'd be a fool to want to leave her alone. I'd be dumb. I'd be a f*****g idiot! If I didn't fight for something I believed in. So I ask, I ask you. Dear father, "Give me the strength, à se battre pour celui que je m'inquiète pour." Yes if you must ask, I'm one of them... Who won't let you know his feelings. The one who puts you before them. The one who won't show you sadness so you won't be afraid. The one who'd take that pain to see you smile tomorrow. I'm the one you can count on to die after you. The one who'd only want you to smile. I'm the one, The one of them who'd only do what you ask so you won't falter. Though you'd better be happy, I didn't give up to watch you cry. © 2013 Kriston |
