These rains

Instead of waiting for rains to bring you a partner to love, try waiting & falling simply for the rains. God expresses His love for you through these rains; what more could we ask for?

If words can paint your feelings

convey how these rains make you feel,

I'd say:

An angel's wrapped me around in her arms,

Made me feel protected, cared for, disarmed;

So finally someone could work their charm

Is this season but the subtlest of His alarms?
