James Grimm is currently the biggest crime boss in Carol city. He's in charge of Johnny Marx, Martin Toft, Lincoln Farra, Warren Font, and just about every other criminal in the city. James grew up in charge, being the oldest child. His sister is, or, was Marian Grimm. That's right, the b*****d knew about his sisters murder and didn't give two s***s. His criminal career started when he sold weed and knives at his high school. After he was caught and fined for that, he moved onto bigger things and by the time he was eighteen he was a high ranking lieutenant in a gang in New York. He moved to Carol city when he was nineteen and recruited Lincoln Farra as his right hand man. In a span of two years, Rumpel had over three million dirty dollars to his name. He invested in night clubs and drugs. He also has numerous hitmen under his belt who give him most of their pay. The only serious crime James has ever been convicted of is murder. When he was sixteen he found out that his girlfriend had been cheating on him. So, instead of hiring someone to do it for him, James slit both of their throats while the other watched and dumped both of their bodies into a lake. He was caught because he forgot to dispose of the knife.

Sounds like an interesting fellow. I suppose it was because he was a juvenile that he got away with the murder of his girlfriend...maybe he had snart lawyer...
