Hansel Dreining

Hansel Dreining is a young man who knows his stuff. He has a story similar to Robins, grew up committing small crimes and never getting caught. He lived that way until he met his fiance, Amelia White. After he met and proposed to her he joined the CCPD as a beat cop. Before he knew it he was a detective and was assigned Harold Robinson as a partner. Hansel may seem like a straight edged kind of guy but in reality, he's one the most street savvy guys you'll ever meet. He also has a strong hunger for justice and vengeance after one of Prince Johns men killed his father in a home invasion when he was fifteen. Hansel got his promotion to detective after he chased a mugger five city blocks. The mugger also had charges for possession after Hansel found an ounce of Tofts stuff on him. One thing that may set the kid back, he's never fired his weapon in the line of duty.

Sounds like an interesting character. I think he hasn't fired his weapon in the line of duty, because he's been smart enough that he hasn't had to.
