The wait...

I think everybody went through this...

A new day started,

Another day passed,

A new memory to forget,

While life's in black...

Waking with you on my mind

Asking continuously:

"Was it all right?"

Asking hopelessly...

Waiting for your call,

You wait for my fall.

In the land of misery,

Ruled by cruelty.

While higher you fly,

The best is yet to come...

You asking "Why?"

In your everfall that's done.

A drop of light,

In a dark night

Lights the way

Of hearts today.

A drop of love,

From a flying dove

Opened your eyes

To save the faith that dies.

Day after day,

At the window I stay,

I wait for your return

Before my life burns away.

I finally found this writing after writing it like two months ago!
