Waterfall Wishes

  Waterfall Wishes....

 Among each branch, bright dewdrops lightly dance;

 caressing winds blow shadows on tall trees.

 Her heart listened to the coos of wise owls ...

 sad, singing tunes to lovers' melodies.

 Alone, with just thoughts of her memories,

 wandering farther to forests delight,

 quietly, she sits by the rivers bank.

 Losing herself against the pale moonlight.

 Waterfall music sings to her torn heart.

 Each crystal splash awakens hope anew.

 Precious moments are gone into the night;

 from him, affection never would be true.

 Soft fingers run across still waters edge.

 Oh, to once again kiss his sea-green eyes:

 tears escape into the shadowy night.

 Now, knowing he was filled with cheating lies.

Waterfall wishes is the perfect medicine for this stunning melancholic poem….. it’s sadness is contrasted by the water droplets refreshingly popping upon her skin and the melodious sounds she hears…. There is hope here, as she contemplates her path forward……after knowing and feeling the hurt she has born.

Doing okay, using ice machine for pain; and meds of course; PT is tough; but working through it; only two weeks out of surgery; thanks for your kindness Lisa, makes me feel better!🩷

I have to go back in next Wednesday to be put under and have my knee manipulated... I have been in pain since I had it done in January. And, although I did say this to the doctor nothing was done about it. It should have been manipulated 3 months after surgery... So there is a chance it will not work and I will need a revision... not fun.. At this point I can not bed my knee moth than 80... not good should be at leat 110...
Just be a smart girl and do a lot of therapy...

Your words are beautiful, taking the reader into the look, feel and scent of an unfamiliar world. Yes there is darkness in the words but is said the finest to be dark smiles into desire before light. Maybe e there is the addition of purity, the gradual step into a new state of being, faults erased, and more.
