all the hopes and dreams I thought we shared

are but memorie...

 We were never really very good together
But...

 did we ever really say goodbye?

You dawdle around in the recesses of my mind...

like crazy little cyclones spinning round

 drenching me with golden droplets of liquid love

a love that was never meant to be

 Even though we're miles apart
 I cry out...
 "Please stop littering in my heart"

And so...

as you travel on in life

Please...
Take a bit of me with you

Yet...
