Little Girls

Little Girls

A Poem by anne p. murray- LadeeAnne

God made the world with its flowers and trees
Majestic mountains and deep blue seas
He paused and said. “It needs one more thing”
Someone to laugh, dance and sing,
To walk in the woods and gather flowers,
To commune with nature in quiet hours.
So God made my darling little granddaughter...
Marina

They wear pretty, little dresses

Hair done up in tresses

Of Shirley temple curls

A precious little pearl

She's my darling little girl

With her laughing eyes and bouncing curls
Her joyful hearts and cute little smiles
Enchanting ways and feminine wiles
When He completed the task He begun,
He was pleased and proud of the job He'd done
For the world when seen through a little girls eyes

          Gently resembles paradise

About
I'm not an extraordinary woman, simply put... I'm just a normal, ordinary one. In my private life I am gingerly cautious with the people I meet, but fearless in the words I write. Not an extrove.. more..
