Porcelian Eyes (Don't Cry)

Porcelian Eyes (Don't Cry)

A Poem by LadyCardiac

No maybe babies porcelain eyes don't cry

I try to wash away my fears but in your lies

Our tomorrow's die befroe they even had a chance

I'm looking at this reflection and I want to smash and bash

Like all you wanted to do was smash and dash.

Five years and I'm looking like man,

If this is what I prayed for

You can only imagine my desire never to pray again.

You cut me deep like three inches past the white meat

In hell is where we might meet

Because I was foolish enough to love whole heartedly,

You because you kept taking my love like it was a free sampler.

Now my herat is breaking and no you can't pay me for that.

Matyter of fact think I want to pay you back.

For the bitterness and the confussion that you cause

I hope yoru life gets lonely and off the top you fall.

Like a doll of the shelf, porcelain is so hard to fix.

And this right here, is as 'bout as real as it gets.

I'm not done with you yet.

I rather f**k you over and get my change with a reciept.

Like Mary J you like to blaze, like the mary J.. I like to sing

You probably gone stay high

But baby I'm not going to cry

maybe baby because porcelain eyes dont cry.
