The KillA Poem by LareBearShe'll prey on you.She
flew in on a southern wind - A
bird in flight on a balmy breeze. Seeking
safety in the trees a-bend; Leaning
back from the swirling seas. Exotic
bird with deep dark eyes, Jet
plummage with red highlights A
lovely sight in the soaring highs A
dark outline against cloudy whites. Swooping
down she spots her prey. Running
from her there is no slip; He's
the target she wants today. But
nothing can escape her grip. His
struggle is way too brief - Her
talons have him, she won't let go. She
takes his heart just like a thief. He's
hers forever; there is no mo'. She
climbs on up toward the night A
dark outline, singing still Dancing
under the pale moonlight Knowing
that her looks can kill. Copyright
