Advice For People Who Are Victims Of BulliesA Story by Laura Harrison
You have been a victim of the evil and vicious people on this planet. You have been made to feel worthless; like your life doesn’t matter and your role on this Earth isn’t wanted and you have seen first-hand the extent of awful things that happen in this world.
I know that you wake up every day wondering when it will stop; the name-calling, the isolation, the feeling that the world is closing in on you. And I’m afraid I can’t tell you when that joyful day will come, but I do know this: every day that you make it through the torment, is another day closer out of this living hell. So don’t you dare think of leaving this world; pain is only a temporary thing and you deserve to be around to see happiness.
There are millions of people out there who are in the same place as you right now and maybe, just like you, they are too afraid to talk about it, too scared to make friends. Break out of the cocoon that you have been holed up in for all this time and find those people. Together, you could help stop the fear that bullies impose on everyone and even if you didn’t succeed, you would have made some amazing friends along the way.
One more thing before I end this piece: being kind and meek aren’t signs of weakness, but proof that you are the better person, so you don’t have to turn into a replica of one of your bullies because you think that putting up a tough exterior will help you get by in life. Stay away from the lemon trees and don’t let the world turn you bitter because we need more people like you. We need more good. © 2014 Laura HarrisonReviews
