About healing and going though that process and how it feels...

I think It’s time to look inside,

That’s the most difficult for man.

Opening the heart wide,

Terrifies us, humans.



Incarnated personality does not help,

But one identifies so much with it...

And humanity calls for help,

Freedom is what we yearn for.



Healing feels so scary

However, I like the way.

Healing feels tough,

Yet, I like the process.

Healing can feel stressful,

And that’s just insecurity.

Healing can be painful,

But it’s the mind’s resistance.

I agree with you, that's not easy but it's a way out and the more one practices it, the more natural it becomes so that it becomes easier to reconcile with self.
