Moments of prayer

A poem about undying faith and endurance.

 

In moments of prayer;

I have cried tears both of joy and of sadness.

And through it all, God has been  with me.

He has never forsaken me, through the good and bad times he is always near.

My God is my constant, my confidant, my friend.

Every day I give praise and acknowledge all of my blessing.

Through my tears I give him thanks and praise!

He walks with me, guides me and protects me.

Simply, my God loves me!

Many times I have leapt and I have fallen.

And on bended knees I have remained there and I have prayed.

Knowingly He raises me and assures me �" it is well with my soul!

In moments of prayer;

I know that whatever it is, God will get me get through it!
