You left me with nothing at all, yet my heart still weeps for you.

You left me confused, yet my heart still chooses to love you.

You left me behind without no never mind, yet my heart still remains faithful to you.

You gave me nothing at all, yet my heart still loves only you.

Such tragic drift to this poem. It's so hard to let go, even when we know we should.

I recommend breaking the lines thusly:
You left me with nothing at all,
yet my heart still weeps for you.

You left me confused,
yet my heart still chooses to love you.

You left me behind without no never mind,
yet my heart still remains faithful to you.

You gave me nothing at all,
yet my heart still loves only you.
