I wrote the first Cinquain titled “Perfection” and couldn’t get this second Cinquain out of my head. I had to write it down.

Nice keep notes of thoughts and maybe they will become something in the future. I had one poem I started in 1998 in a note book, I went back and finished it in 2010 or 11. Love the progress.

Those lines all make sense, in this context. Those criteria don't always apply, but I would agree that they can be good indicators.
