I Heard Your Voice

I heard your voice today

whispering in the wind

blowing in the breeze

you softly spoke to me

I was surprised at first

that you would reach

across this earth

that you would bother

to even speak

when you know that I am weak

so when I heard

you whisper my name

even more in love
