So when the heavens close

and the smashed clock

of day falls apart

and nightbirds

hide behind the

church of stars;

Only you remain.

Nice imagery in this. A young girl growing up perhaps? Very mysterious imagery, I do get many ideas out of it as to what the message in the poem is. I do enjoy the poem.
