This is very sinister in nature. All the imagery give me a cold feeling of something dark hovering. It may just be death but that's enough. Fantastic write.

i like the title! read your poem several times .. lots between the lines for me ... i ride a motorcycle and at the outset realized the difference between "being" in the moment and viewing it from inside a car .. sobering ..almost chilling indeed ..life can and does "turn on a dime" .... such a lot in four lines .. enjoyed the reading!
