Crimson Chorus

Crimson Chorus

A Poem by LeslieNoel

Crickets are nigh,

chirping into crimson sky.

Their voices are swallowed by the thick night air,

delivered upon the breeze a half a mile from here.

The chorus lulls my aching pains,

injects me with a dose of nature,

makes me feel alive again.
