This is Sooo Sooo True!!!! My brother often times gets verbally beaten up and he tell me all the time, he wishes they would just kick my a*s..... You did a good job and the pple that caame up with that s**t obviously has never been verbally assaulted. Great job!

This is so true. And you definitely put it out there in a straight to the point kind of way that works really well here.
I'm not sure if you wanted the first line to say "word" or "words". I think it would work better with "words".

Well you have to be strong. You shouldn't let words hurt you. They may, but you have to stand up for yourself. If a person hurts you...it's just because they are weak. I liked this poem though. I mean I have been hurt by words. But whatever doesn't kill you makes you stronger. You can be strong...thanks for sharing.

I agree with you on this because words can cause self inflicted wounds,Truthfully the old saying needs to be retired in this day and age and your writing seems to reinforce that ideal that words are just as hurtful if not more than any physical harm we could endure.
