I'm not angy that we broke up.

I'm sad becuse I just can't let you go.

 

I'm not angry that you don't love me.

I'm angry becuse I still love ''you''.

 

I'm not angry becuse I lost you.

I'm sad that I let you get away.

 

I'm not angry that you moved on.

I am mad becuse I can't.

 

I'm not angry that you chose her over me.

I'm sad becuse I couldn't love you like she does.

 

I'm not angry that you are both happy in life.

I'm mad that she is liveing the life I wanted.

 

I'm not angry that you wont come back.

I'm pissed becuse i keep hopeing you will.......

Why do girls always have to blame themselves when a guy breaks up with them? Trust me, it's not just YOUR fault. They messed up too

I think girls blame themselves because they don't want to believe the guys they loved were such a******s. They probably think those guys are perfect and that they broke up with them because they weren't so perfect as the guys.
It's not just dating - some people tend to blame themselves for various failures in their life even when someone else messed it up. It's important for them to open their eyes and realize other people make mistakes too. We're all just humans.
I used to blame myself whenever a girl rejected me. Now I tell myself: "It's her loss." Even though it's sometimes hard to believe in that...
Anyways, good poem, it really made me think a bit. Sorry for the rambling.

Ok, that was touching and very well written, large use of anaphora created an interesting link between the adjectives "angry" and "sad" and between the personal pronouns "you" and "i". It was all full of pathos. Hope you'll get over him, i'm sure you deserve better !!

This had me thinking.....
As I read these lines inside my mind, I relate to them. I think back to every past relationship that I can't let go of, then think I can do better. And to be honest, I've recently found someone much better than any of those jerks.
Great job, besides some spelling errors... but they can be easily fixed.
