This Girl

This Girl

A Poem by Levendy

She was beautiful from my first skipped beat

We didn’t say a word, blood drained from my feet

Like old friends as we laughed and we played

Acted like fools, happiness and smiles were made

I couldn’t have this girl no matter my pray

I resist the temptation, my thoughts i must sway

She was all i thought about

Both by night and by day

I rush to see this girl to be by her side

I want to look at her and not try to hide

What i know all along

That this girl is toxic

And i cannot survive

I loved this girl and that i must hide
