Depression

A lot of people do not know.what depression is yet I have it so I'm telling you how it is to deal with depression day to day.

Depression can happen anytime.

It comes in like a hurricane

You feel empty like an elevator shaft just dropped holding

Your energy and happiness.

You have no energy you barely want to move.

It can have a reason or no reason.

You can cry and cry yet you have no idea why.

You do not want to do anything.

You just want to lay down and stay there and do nothing.

It cycles one minute you're happy and cheery the next

You are.sad and want to be alone.

Those who do not suffer from it don't understand… it is hard to weak in someone else's shoes when you are not familiar with the style. I am one of them that can only imagine what someone with depression goes through,
