Within tears

I am but a moment of understanding

Within the vast void which we call life

I am meerly here to try to understand

Who I am

Within tear drops we  find sadness

But also hope

Within the storm our thirst is quenced

And once more we stand

Free

Surely true freedom

is the ability to travel the ups and downs

Without being knocked sideways

Within teardrops freedom can be found
