So much confusion

Confusion, everywhere

Unaware, oh so unaware
Of what is happening to you

Alert, always alert
Of any false danger arising
Every second of every day

Anxiety can strike when we are not feeling confident. One mishap can trigger anxiety, with the fear that another mishap is about to follow. We have to stop and take a rational look at things, and take a calmer approach. Not always easy to do when things are going wrong!

Fear seems a rather mild title for this one. Anxiety might be better, maybe even paranoia. It must be painful to live this way.
