Blood and Tears

Blood and Tears

A Poem by Lindsay

She sat their with him, holding him tight. The night was young, and yet so bright. A scream came from below and shattered their hearts, leaving their bed like it was from the start. They ran downstairs and hurried into the room, blood everywhere with a murderer in the room. He ran to the phone and called 911, but as he hung up the gore begun.

The man tackled her, and cracked her nose, and with a stab of the knife, she seemed to have no life. The blood trickled down and onto her clothes, just as a car pulled up into the noise. He banged him against the hard wooden wall, and hurried over to her, curled up in a ball. The men came in and took her away, she went into the car, it was not the same. One by one the bloody people went out, he wanted to scream, he wanted to shout.

As he arrived at the place were death took place, he could see his loved one's scared face. He hurried up to her and held her tight, cried on her shoulder and let out the might. Her body was wrapped so tight, so small, all but her face was wrapped in gauze. "I love you." he said, and kissed her soft, and a doctor came in and ushered him off.

He later came back in, and she was awake, they had a convoersation it was now the same. But suddenly the machine started to beep fast, and faster and faster she was going to pass. He screamed in tears and blood squirted out, she was his love, his passion no doubt.

She is now dead

The story is done

She rests beneath your feet

She will not come.
