The EndA Chapter by Little Lotus
I wasn't originally wearing pants. I'd gotten out of the shower, and I was comfortable to wander around with only a towel. It was night. I went outside once, down the road once, and back inside. There were a few people there, including my dad. Then, the house was hit by fire. Someone shot the house, and I knew it even though I didn't see it. I ran into that room and then I warned everyone before running around trying to find clothes. I was wearing, then, instead of a towel, a big white-gray sweater. They waited for me impatiently to find my clothes and shoes before running out the house.
And then the world ended. Houses everywhere were being struck by fire. But, other than that, I don't know what happened. We were all moved. We were in a place with buildings, and a big, expansive courtyard with trees and nice grass. I'd been there before, in another dream. I was with new people this time. People I didn't know. Someone asked me if I wanted it to go back to what it was, and I smiled a little coyly and said no, and then they asked something along the lines of, "Really?" and my smile dropped and I said no. Then the scene switched and we were going to see this boy who was a genius. He had dark skin and he was odd. I was helping him in some way, and there was no one else then, just him and I. I remember him lifting up cork like stakes on the ground, and I'd look in. They were very small holes, and I think some of them he was suppose to fill up with semen. But as I looked into one of them I saw plates, sometimes, at the bottom. And once as I looked in I saw that the hole went all the way down, and in that particular hole there was another land. He was cold towards me, but then I realized that if I looked him in the eyes I could win him over. So, I did. He was sitting on steps, and he wasn't pretty. But I looked him in the eyes and talked to him, and he was suspicious but sometimes his eyes betrayed him. On my hands and knees I crawled up the stairs towards him and he shuffled backwards. He was wearing a black hat and a cape. I kissed his shoulder. I win him over, and I think he's a wizard. We go to an auditorium and he's now a woman, who's in a bathtub, and he goes to the front. The bathtub is frozen and there's suppose to be a party there, and the seats are filled. But, the roses are frozen. I take one of them and try ot break the ice off. Then I go around and pick up the flowers from the teachers in the back. I take them and, in a line, I go into another room with my other classmates. Someone's aiming for $40,000 worth of magazines. I'm standing near the end, not really caring, lamenting the fact that they are all boring magazines. Katie McPherson is standing beside me, and she put her card amongst the magazines. I think, how typical of her, and I am bored.,
