The darkness in me.

Its a dark dark world out there.

I know your not awake but i cant seem to sleep,
there's evil in the darkness and its sinking in so deep.

Blood is thicker than water could be,
and the darkness is bringing out the vampire in me.

Please spare me the despair and just write a little note,
but please know i wear my darkness as my coat.

Cloudy little shadows in the corner of my room,
it started so quick and ended too soon.


There's some sweet horror about poems in the night,
words do cut deeper than blades could ever write.
