Broken

I know it's broken, but im going to fix it. Because I remember when it wasn't broken. And I am so sorry I ever made it go away.

Everything is fine.

Until I remember,

He doesn't care.

Everything seems fine.

With the smile on his face

and the laughs we share,

Until i remember.

He doesn't care.

His intentions are twisted

and greedy.

My heart is broke

and needy.

He distracts my heart with his

dashing ways.

My mind sees through it

but chooses to stay.

Everything is not fine, and that's ok.

Because I remember.

I care.
