Leader of the pack

A woman yells at the top of the top of her lungs,

She is looking for a friend,

Wild dogs are looking down from their perch on the hill,

Regular dogs have homes,

Human beings are looking for comfort in desperate times,

Dogs get tossed out on the street,

There is not enough good people in the world,

Dogs sniff around and cross paths with humans,

Some dogs break the aggressive behavior and it depends upon how they are treated,

Dogs should get all the love they can get,

It takes two to go on an adventure.

The dogs you speak of, they aren't going anywhere. Relegating them to dog outsider status only enrages the pack more (as we have seen). A good leader doesn't do that. Quite the opposite. This is why we have bad leadership, the constituency has forgotten what good leadership is...all around.
