Passion is surrounded by love,

You can’t help yourself wrapping your arms around that one special person,

Someone has to start a fire in your heart,

A love is strong by the embers in the fire,

Both people have to be committed or the relationship won’t work out.

This is a rather straightforward piece that sounds a lot like confessions near the fireplace, cheek to cheek with that special someone on a snowy evening. Praying and hoping a love can blossom, because you're right:
