Gotta Love Poetry

I love all poetry as it's the love they send,
hidden notes in a plastic bottle,
another long lost friend,
giving us a message of hope and of good cheer,
even when the breath we take, should we take in fear?
poetry is welcome at my very door,
I'll pick up broken pieces,
if they scatter on my floor,
come to me with poetry,
and you've got a friend for life,
some words tell of Love and peace
while others cut like a knife,
give us of your sweet poetry,
share peace for a better life...

I like the message in this piece... Words have a powerful effect don't they? They have the power to spread peace and love... they also have the power to wound and hurt. It is like any powerful weapon... the usage is determined by the heart of the holder... or in this case the inker.. :) Love and Peace vs War and Hate....
I think I will choose Love and Peace...
