Don't have to walk no rope above
Quit hop-scotchin' on gators below
Chasing means to self-destruct
Its taking risks ya-don't need to know.

What's it you are runnin' from?
Or could you just be runnin' to
A place you're longin' to find yourself…
Ten feet under in a row?

Pushin' daisies with your toes?
Gone with loved ones that you know-
To the spirit place,  this earth don't show-
You're taking risks ya-don't need to know…

This is so beautiful... desire to be with a loved one that has passed that sub-consciously are doing things in hopes of reuniting with them... A marvelous piece of writing and my favorite from you so far. Going in my favs.

Interesting turn you've taken in these last two poems.
I plan to cling to what I know here until my last kickin', screaming breath... and then take the leap that I know will prove to be the best part of my mission. Oddly though, I don't see daisies in the big picture : >)
