Isnt it crazy? 

how the media gets 

it makes you want things 

that never ever made sense 

it never crossed your mind 

never made you think 

but now you're looking into film schools

while you scrub rich peoples sinks 

you're dreaming now 

trading practicality with delusion 

that's what it takes 

to make dreams reality and not an illusion 

nothing is "safe" or "secure" or "a sure bet"

even the government 

had layoffs that sent millions into debt 

there is no right choice

and no one can tell you how to live 

so for now we'll go on Instagram 

and scroll till our brains are fed
