Written my second time in jail.

In my dream

I was climbing a mountain

Only to realize

That when i was finished

I was still at the bottom.

 

In my dream

I was reading a book

Only to realize

When i was finished reading

I was still on the first page.

 

In my dream

I was writing this poem

only to realize

That when i finished

The page was blank.

I get this to be about how sometimes you feel like you're really getting somewhere, only to realize that you're not even close. It's the frustration of repetition, how everything seems to be redundant, monotonous, exactly the same.

Over all, very simple, but to the point.
