Restless Minds

If only there were 

a switch

to turn off the mind

sending us to sleep -

a pause, 

a retreat, 

the same way we send light 

back to the darkness in 

one 

swift

gentle 

click.

Amazing wishes.
If that's possible, then we would have gained control over our lives. We would switch off ourselves when what we don't want seems to be happening and turn it on again when we feel like we need it back.
There would have been few moments of sadness in man's lifetime.
