Beautiful CryA Poem by LozI was crying in front of this guy which he thought was beautiful. But it wasn't beautiful from where I was coming from...I’ll never understand Why you called it a game
Was it to detect a flame we could have had?
I wish I could ignore the fact
That to me, you were always to blame
But I can’t hide the tears you confuse with fears
I can’t do this anymore
Now I’m here
Safe and sound
Thinking you were out of bounds
To call me a player
When I was the one sitting there
Bawling if not soaring
Before you with my beautiful cry
After bouncing back to reality
From being caught in a trip of anxiety
I realized I could do so much better
But at the time you were the best; better than the rest
Didn’t think I needed anything more than a letter
To tell me how I really felt about you
The way you treated me you made me feel wanted
Wrapping me up in your arms
Putting on your charm
Finally thinking I got it
And now I’m here
Safe and sound
Thinking you were out of bounds
To call me a player
When I was the one sitting there
Bawling if not soaring
Before you with my beautiful cry
I didn’t think someone like me
Could sink so low
After the 3rd blow I began to think
No, not again
You can’t do this to me
Why can’t you see
That I have taken your rejection
I count them 1, 2, 3
And now I’m here
Safe and sound
Thinking you were out of bounds
To call me a player
When I was the one sitting there
Bawling if not soarin
