Winter or Cold?

Once in a while people are wearing down in hot weathers.

It is now winter and the winter monsoon came.

However, it is still 19 degrees Celsius. Not much colder than it in summer.

At least, I think it is hot. The sun shine on the earth and gave us warmth.

On the other hand, others are wearing down and scarf. What?

I knew it is now December, but it is 19 degrees, no much colder than summer!

No one is going to wear down in summer, I could tell.

Is it all about winter, or all about temperature?

Is it about how weak your mind, but not how weak your body?

Ps. I am living in Hong Kong,China. The average temperature in winter is about 15 degrees.
