Cloak and Dagger

For a contest.

Deep within the shadows,

Is where we reside.

Hidden beneath our cloak of darkness,

With a dagger close by our side.

 

Writers of dark and horror,

Comes forth toward the shadows,

Craving the next great thriller.

This is the group Cloak and Dagger.

 

 

Author's Note

Okay so it really isnt that great, but it is the best I can think of right off of the top of my head. Wow that was a lot of "ofs". Anyways its for a contest :)

lol I actually like this, don't be so hard on yourself. The first stanza is great; I would recommend recreating the last line, though. It seems a little too bluntly put to me. Very good.
